Kat Dorfman has a background of growing fruits, vegetables and ornamentals for over 20 years for the wholesale industry in Southern California on a 25 acres Ranch in Fallbrook. With the passion of growing edibles she had a passion to create an urban hydroponic all natural farm located in Orange County, California.

Jimmy Sealy has a background as a professional chef at his family Resturant located in Texas. Moving to Southern California serving in the Military he relocated and grew roots in Orange County, California. Now offering his expertise and knowledge as a chef he is able to create blends and mixes of micro greens to offer all chefs to add to their menu pallet.

We are excited to open in 2025 and offer our quality hydroponic microgreens to chefs locally.
